School Meals and Menus

School meals cost £2.45 which includes a pudding and water.

At Owlsmoor Primary School we use the

SCOPAY online payment system.

This system will allow you to view balances, book and pay for School meals online without the need to send cash or cheques into school.  Meals can be ordered online up to midnight the day before.

Your unique online Link code will be at the top of your letter and will look similar to this:

To create a SCOPAY.com account:

Visit www.scopay.com or download the SCOPAY mobile app and Register as a New User.  Follow the instructions on the screen to enter your details and add the unique online link code for your child when prompted. Note that the SCOPAY app code can only be used to link a second account. If you need assistance creating your account, there are help guides on the login page.  If you have received a letter for any other children at this school, refer to the next paragraph to link them to this account.

To create a SCOPAY.com account for another child:

Visit www.scopay.com or download the SCOPAY mobile app and log on to your existing account using your username (email address) and password. Select Your Info then Link Accounts. Add the unique online Link Code or scan the QR code (on the mobile app) to add your child's account.  Their name will then appear in the dropdown on the screen.

Note: You only need your online link code/QR code when registering. It is no longer needed once your account has been activated.  If you require a second code (for another parent, relative or carer to create an account), please request this from school.

If you have a question regarding your SCOPAY account, see the SCOPAY Parent Information Page at help.scopay.com.  This page includes information regarding the SCOPAY mobile app, setting up Parental Alerts and FAQs to help with your queries.

Why is healthy eating important?

A balanced diet is essential for good health and vitality. By eating well at lunchtime, pupils gain a host of benefits, both short and long-term.

As a school we take seriously our responsibilities and we believe that we make a positive contribution to both the “Every Child Matters” agenda and the “Healthy Schools Award”.

The Government’s aim is for every child, whatever their background or their circumstances to have the support they need to:

  • Be healthy.
  • Stay Safe.
  • Enjoy and Achieve.
  • Make a positive contribution.
  • Achieve economic wellbeing.

Some children are entitled to free school meals, if you think you may qualify or would like to find out more please click here.
