BOOK WEEK

We will be celebrating ‘Book Week’ shortly after half term (the week beginning Monday 28^th Feb). The children will be celebrating the joy of reading all week, and we are also holding a dress-up day – where children are invited to dress as their favourite book character on Friday 4^th March with the chance to win a £5 book voucher. On that day, we would be delighted if parents who are able to could possibly send their child in with an age appropriate book for the school to keep – either a new book or a second hand book that is in good condition – to help us update the books on our classroom bookshelves. This will help to provide the children with lots more stories to enjoy reading! We would be appreciative for as many book donations as possible. Thank you in advance for your support with this!
